health concerns, stable chronic-condition follow-up, sleep and stress, weight and metabolic wellness, medication
and laboratory review, and integrative, herbal, and complementary wellness guidance. The Premium Personalized
Care Experience may also include Premium In-House Medical Visits and Priority Medical Access for select
patients.
Appointments are completed remotely using a secure telehealth platform. Patients can meet with Dr. Songhui
Martin from a convenient location without needing to travel to a traditional clinic.

Premium In-House Medical Visits are a higher-touch option that allows select patients to receive appropriate
provider-level medical care at their residence. Availability and pricing will depend on location, scheduling,
provider availability, clinical appropriateness, and the type of care needed.
Priority Medical Access is a premium option that may provide select patients with expedited access for timely, non-emergency medical needs. Depending on the situation, provider availability, and clinical appropriateness, this may include secure phone or telehealth consultation, priority or expedited scheduling with next-business-day appointment options when available, priority communication with the practice, or coordination of a Premium In-House Medical Visit when appropriate. Priority Medical Access is subject to provider availability and does not guarantee 24-hour or immediate access.
Yes. When clinically appropriate, Dr. Songhui Martin may discuss herbs, supplements, lifestyle approaches, and
other complementary wellness strategies alongside conventional medical care, with attention to safety and
possible medication interactions.
Yes. The practice provides appropriate telehealth care and health guidance for children, adults, and older adults.

Yes. Laboratory testing may be ordered when clinically appropriate, and results can be reviewed during follow-up
